Not caring about how on the job drug/alcohol use and resulting accidents makes the Company look and not giving a in general and just doing your job per the Contract aren't the same thing.

Sure, but when they've already found an open container of alcohol and marijuana on him, probably observed intoxicated behavior and are just waiting to get the lab tests back, it's not looking good for him.
