At my building they were only having route drivers fill them out even though the notice said “all full time package”.
And promptly being annoyed at certain things being written such as
“Stop cutting routes”
“Stop add/cutting work that is off my route and just keep my work on it”
“No more over-dispatching”
And our shop stew just laughing at us.
Worthless friend-k.
Amazing how in bed this a/hole is with mgmt and gets elected by almost a 5-1 margin.

I think we should give Carol the benefit of the doubt when it comes to making changes with the company. Look what she did with the appearance guidelines almost immediately after assuming the role... Management claims this Total Service Plan, whatever it is, has some serious structure to it... not like anything attempted in the past. I'm optimistic too Poop Head.
