When you get your cheap certificate to celebrate your years of service, does it go by company seniority or center?

We badly need some nationwide transfer language. Life happens and sometimes you need to move. Should be a company wide method of doing just that. Pretty much every major company in existence has a way of transfering

No, they would go on a list. When an opening happens, they would be given 24 hours to answer back. They better be careful that they don't transfer to a place with a tiny pension and have due diligence for their medical.

Yes it is! No one who was hired before the cut off date has to work sat! Would it be fair to force a 20 year driver to waive contractual rights because they transfered???
