Driving school for seasonal temp?

New here. Question about seasonal temp driver. I completed my driving test and passed. Finished up online forms and then needed to make an appointment (it's a virtual meeting) I'm not sure for what at this point because I was already there in person and gave them them sizes for my uniforms. It then states that I need to reach out to the onboarding specialist to set up my driving classes. I was not aware of having to go to driving school as a seasonal temp. Is this the norm?

Thanks for the reply! Driving school though? I did pass the road test already. I was under the impression that getting sent to driving school was for ft permanent only.
They may or may not send you to driving school. UPS has major driving schools around the country but usually for peak they just do one locally (if they do it at all). Just because corporate says the local hub will do something doesn't mean they will.

It is the same generic message for everyone. You may have to do some online training. But probably nothing.
