I do not know where the number 16 is coming from? but you can not have any DUI within the last 3 years. I know because I was hired as a unloader and had to wait a extra year on top of the normal wait period for a driver position because my 3 years wasn’t up at the time. Now the number of DUI's offenses you can have in the past I have no clue on but the less to none is better, lol
