Customers now have the option of doing an e signature with a specific left-at location.

When we scan the package, the diad prompts with this:

"Customer requests this package be left at location xxx. Assign left-at status? Y/N"

The problem for us is, even if we choose No, the diad demands a signature, when a signature would otherwise be unnecessary. Now the package cannot be released.

Give the customer what they want: you to spend 5 minutes delicately delivering their package.

Give management what they want: each package delivered at the speed of light.

    More conflicting instructions. Shocker

  10. You know who we work for. Just wait until you get a merchandise exchange package.

I’ve seen e sig or release X location.

Never had it come up as sig required if I hit no for release location

That’s why I asked if it was a new update because I always hit no and leave the package where I want.

To this point it’s never come back that I needed a sig
