It is what it is. I like overtime, and I find ways to get it without running. Being at top rate also helps. You’ll find out when you get there.

BTW... if your hurt and not on the clock, you WILL be denied workers comp.

Not necessarily, different states, different laws. Also, if you are on company property doing work off the clock, and get hurt, you should be getting paid for doing work, and you should be entitled to workers comp. In the process it may come to light that you were working off the clock, and you could find yourself out a job. Your BA will have to save your butt, get you your job back, and tell you to stop working off the clock and stop stealing work from the part timers.
