Any idea how much? They stated it was to recognize everyone's contributions over the past year so hoping it is more than the usual amount.

Waiting to put the re in front of tired
We got 80 cents an hour last year. Will only get 90 cents this year. Flat/uniform. And we're supposed to be happy with that.

I heard 4.3% from mid-manager down.

If you have done your annual review yet there is no space for a rating anymore (needs improvement, solid, exceeds....)..just a box to list accomplishments and a box to write about planned career development

Nothing to see here.... Move along.

The dirty secret is all raises were flat raises already, by dept and by dollar amount

Sups compared and noticed that even though the % was different, the $ amount was precisely the same

It's all just smoke & mirrors for the dim witted ops

Don't forget to talk up the half-month all management was given! Such a gracious gesture. (It actually creeped you up to the mid-point and above resulting in a lower % increase to "entice" the tenured management into leaving. Some idiots; fed up; left before the miniscule COVID VSRP came around)...
