We got 80 cents an hour last year. Will only get 90 cents this year. Flat/uniform. And we're supposed to be happy with that.

Raises are in April. Should know numbers towards the end of March. Raises are happening for all management people. Flat raise this year. Just curious the number.

1-3% depending upon where you are in relation to the midpoint...

The dirty secret is all raises were flat raises already, by dept and by dollar amount

Sups compared and noticed that even though the % was different, the $ amount was precisely the same

It's all just smoke & mirrors for the dim witted ops

They definitely don't pay non-hourly employees properly.

Don't forget to talk up the half-month all management was given! Such a gracious gesture. (It actually creeped you up to the mid-point and above resulting in a lower % increase to "entice" the tenured management into leaving. Some idiots; fed up; left before the miniscule COVID VSRP came around)...
