I’m a great person to work with. But perhaps I should stop correcting others when they butcher the English language.

I'm sure your co-workers don't see it that way and if you are making a habit of correcting others, you're pissing off people and they're talking about you and it's not favorably either.

No no, He's the greatest person to work with, perhaps the best person to work with, in fact he'd probably admit that without him the company would fail miserably, therefor the best person ever to work here, and you should all be honored to have known him or even heard of him...
