Rumor has it some employee & Manager had a misunderstanding about his or her vacation time. What they had accrued, etc. Now the District says anyone with unscheduled vacation time must take it, or we will schedule it for you. Yes, we are making you take vacation. My question is; has anyone ever heard of this? Is it an HR issue? Hypothetical, why can't I just sell a week back, take a week off, and not care about losing another week off that I don't take because it doesn't roll over.
