Great job my friend and I love to tell you that a lead will not take you minutes but seconds. A pen a name and a phonenumber should already do the trick. I have been honest to you so please take a breath and be honest with me. If you have time to visit this website and type me a message during your 10,2 hour day you potentially had the choice to write down five leads instead. You did not and there is a reason for that.
Tell me what I need to do to make that happen.

LOL your too much. Drivers have paid breaks wanker. Your living in a fantasy. Again, go drive and see how many sales leads you generate.

What can I do to remove the never from never again?
I know you could give me ten leads right now but you might feel that it is worthless. But it is not. It is true value and someone out there online with a name caled salesguy likes it a lot. Give it a try and tell me what happens now. Not from ten years ago. Take me with you in your experience monday when you have entered that one lead. I would appriciate it a lot if you would do that. Have a great wknd and end your day well.

Maybe if UPS hired people with basic grammar and spelling skills we would have more sales leads...

I am here just to read BB58 post about getting leads "on area."

Where's the pop corn? That's some funny :censored2:? Who is she turning leads in for? The snack machine in the break area?

Monday, a new day week begins and we can go to work renewed.
I bet you did not enter a lead this week right? Just cause that onetime you tried it failed. We all have a responsibility when it comes to our future. When you enter sales leads you are part of a bright future. Please ops try to understand that double leads can happen and that you just missed that one, but maybe next time it is you who brougt that new customer to ups. there is not a lot better in life than growing the business.
Enjoy your deliveries and keep your eyes moving for those sales leads out there!

Thank you!

We are the best team together, nothing can stop us.

lol, I get the sense that Salesguy just got back from some sort of empowerment seminar and couldn't wait to share his new-found excitement with the rest of us.

I also read his posts with in Indian accent for some reason.

My BMW is too big for my parking lot UPS reserves for me. I complaint to HR and now they will fix it. They will also help you if you turn in 40 superleads. Ask your Sup what they can do for you...bonu$?
Must be nice , I have to circle the block looking for a spot on the street , why you ask because our parking lot is not very big and we have 20 extra cars not being used taking up spots

This person is using company computers when they are on the clock to harass the hourlies to get sales leads.
Wonder what the bosses would think if they found about this use of company computers and time to chat on an internet message board?
I will turn in all the sales leads you want, but you give me $50 cash for each lead, and i give you the info for each lead.
It is then up to you to close the lead and earn back more than that $50 for each lead.
After all money talks, and BS walks, which are you?

I've never turned a sales lead in ever in 13 years. You wanna know what you can do to change that? Grab a pen...
1. Turkeys
2. Safe driving awards
3. Safety BBQs
4. Actual sups doing time studies
5. More trucks on the road
6. Less crap about my over allowed (that you probably have no idea what that is)
7. Preload wrap up on time.

you bring any of those things back or heck even one of them and I'll turn in a sales lead. Until then my goal is to go my entire career without turning in one sales lead.

I say we worry more about the service we are giving the current people we have and help them grow their business, rather than just get new accounts. My management team over loads me and penalizes current customers by telling me to do pickups and delivers, causing them to get their packages at almost closing time. All I hear from management is "All we have is service." Yet these fools have me run NDA in trace. They ask me to mark business misloads as closed at 4:45, rather than try to make service on the package. They use the ice as a reason to purposely miss service on packages because they can ECD the package without getting into trouble. The list goes on and on. The only accounts my sales men care about are the ones he gets a cut from. Worthless.

I would think sales already has all the contact information they need to A) keep from losing accounts, B) regain accounts lost to the competition.

Seems to me we need to stop the bleeding before being concerned about growing the operation.

Sales people promise customers everything they want to hear. Early morning delivery for ground pkgs. But when they cut rts and your delivering 4-5 hrs later than usual customers take out there frustration on the driver. Next time anyone gets flak from a customer, tell them to call there sales person.

Stop crying and start trying.
I can not do a driver job, I am useless in driving.
You might be a useless salesguy but in a way we both keep the car filled. Salesleads are based on a mutual intrest: growing jobs.

Drivers would excel as salespeople. Except drivers want to do their job with the minimum amount of BS possible, not the other way around.

I'll bite...I'd go out of my way more for sales leads if 1) my center manager did not take credit for them 2) I could honestly tell potential customers they will get consistent service from us as a company.

I really wish this db would go away. Why don't u set up a site for corporate so we can invade it. I may be out of line but we don't want u here. Posting threads solely about sales leads is getting extremely old. R u trying to fire us up? Think someone mentioned something bout u climbing down in the trenches with us. Until your willing to to that I suggest u take this trash out to the street.
