Full time wages go up $4.15 over 5. It was $3.90 this last contact.

25¢ more 5 years later? So with everything going on - much stronger economy, tax cuts, but also higher inflation and rising interest rates, we get essentially less than last contract adjusted for inflation. Interesting.

I agree that seems ridiculous. I haven't seen the numbers on increases for pension and health contributions. They had better be substantial to offset the small wage increases.
