But Medicaid also pays for the at home care of the elderly through the home health nurse system but their capabilities are limited and not if but when the condition of the patient has reached the point where the professional opinion of the hcn's the patient can no longer be properly cared for at home they order and they have the law on their side that the patient goes to a nursing home and believe me they are full of patients with Type 2 diabetes.
There was top secret information, some of the highest order, in the emails she did turn over. She conducted work on that server which made it government property but she deleted 33,000 emails and acid washed the damn thing. Just because Comey, Lynch, and Obama provided cover for her doesn't mean there's nothing there. And if the shoe were on the other foot, say Condoleezza Rice did such a thing, a lady I greatly admire, I'd still say she used her position to enrich herself and should be prosecuted. And if W. provided cover he should be impeached.
When the time comes if it's a problem it will likely get Democrats back in and they'll correct it. Assuming they'll have the money to do so, which is what the cuts are all about.

Ageing and the diseases it bring with it is a reality of life we all share. Given the way VT continues to try to trivialize the matter the more unprepared he'll be when his time comes. Type 2 diabetes often results in an agonizing death because of all the complications they bring with them. He's whistling through the grave yard given his attitude toward his own chronic disease. My mother was a Type 2 diabetic and as the years went by it just wore her down and the complications started to pile up. Among them was the leading cause of her death.....brain cancer.

I think he knows what is coming and that's why he wants to travel. But his support of the Republican non health plan and his lack of empathy for others is a good look into his soul.
Actually it's like just about every other issue, it's demagogued. A few years back Dems had a Paul Ryan like character pushing Grandma in a wheelchair over a cliff. Joe Biden said to a Black audience that the Republicans were going to put them back in chains. Only it never happens, things get worked out. But hey, what's a few lies, distortions, fibs if it keeps the money flowing and the Dems put back in power? We will pay the piper someday, and those who insisted on spending us into the grave will blame that on Republicans too.

I was dirt poor as a kid. Lack of empathy? I believe with all my heart that Christians should support widows and orphans. And that able bodied people should earn their living.
