In a public company the boards first responsibility is to increase the stock value by at least 2 times the annual inflation rate...So far the yearly inflation rate has devalued the stock price over 20%......Its clear that the UPS board has been and is a failure....Its also clear the board controls the majority swing of voting shares.......Its doubtful that anything positive is going to occur given the present board.......
