This AM the U.S. Circuit Court Of Appeals threw Trump's appeal clean out of court along with blistering commentary regarding the waste of judicial time and resources concerning the. plaintiffs complete lack of evidence supporting it's claim of election fraud

No doubt there's a lot of Repubgs and consercuks who are really butt hurt by the news but they can take heart with the prospect that Trump TV will be debuting in only a matter of months allowing them to watch their Dear Leader/ God Emperor 24/7....(paid subscription).

Why do you insist on being a liar or are you just ignorant of fact?

From the opinion, first page of text

BIBAS, Circuit Judge. Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here. The Trump Presidential Campaign asserts that Pennsylvania’s 2020 election was unfair. But as lawyer Rudolph Giuliani stressed, the Campaign “doesn’t plead fraud.

Stay away from anything dealing with the law, or an opinion of a court, whether as a liar or an ignorant.
Consider this a strong rebuke, the type you like to claim Court's make.

That was the plan, you must estimate your adversary, if they respond as anticipated you are speaking to the final judicial authority.

If the adversary rules in your favor, early drinks, if not, back to the Bar.

Final authority, according to the US Constitution in the issue of certifying Electors, for a Presidential Election resides with each States Legislature.

I noted before numerous times on this site, "We live in a post Constitutional country/Nation."
That is my disclaimer.

It will be fine

Libs loved Al Gore fighting over much less back in the day.

Using the courts back then-good, now, evil.
The margin for Gore was 537 votes in 1 state. Trump is orders of magnitude off that margin. Trump is down hundreds of thousands of votes. The margin in this election is one of the widest in recent history.

Ok. So after claiming fraud that went nowhere in the courts Trump's now saying that the election was unfair. Well, there's a lot about life that's unfair and losing an election is just one among many.

So what's he going to do now? File suits in multi[le states claiming that the election was "unfair" . If so, then this morning's dismissal was based on an unfounded and unproven claim that the election was "unfair".

Not getting anywhere with that baseless claim either and he's quickly running out of time.

Why will it end up in the Supreme Court?
Does trump hope that because he appointed 3 Supreme Court Justices that they somehow owe him for their jobs? That they will back trump and therefore prove to the world that the Supreme Court Justices are political hacks? They won't because Chief Justice Roberts will not let the Court be used for political vendettas.

Mr Eshelman supported the group under the pretense that they would find evidence of voter fraud. However, as their lawsuits failed - as have almost all of the lawsuits filed by supporters of Mr Trump in attempts to overturn the election - Mr Eshelman has decided he wants a refund.
He claimed that he "regularly and repeatedly" asked True the Vote Inc for updates on their initiatives, but was given "vague responses, platitudes, and empty promises."
