100%. And when the Chinese start flexing their muscles in Asia bought and paid for Joe will turn a blind eye. Bad time to be in Taiwan. The trade imbalance will go back to over half a trillion a year. Taxes will go up, and newly declared regulations prompted by participating in the Paris Accords will stymie business leading to layoffs. And with everything that happens the Dems will say it's the Republicans fault. It's never the Dems fault. You'll get the government you deserve.

How you construe that he's saying vote twice is beyond me. He's saying if there's no record of your mail in ballot then go ahead and vote at your polling place. In other words he didn't trust the mail in system to do right by Republicans. Understandable.
