So if a driver get's his job back for stealing,why would'nt a driver get his job back for not stealing?

get a lawyer. try and look up in the sun sentinel newspaper archives from broward county fl. its a story about a driver who won a 6 million dollar lawsuit for false termination. the star witness for him was an ex sup. who said he was trained to go into a pc sheet 10 boxes and then audit driver at end of day. he said he would take 1 box out of truck put it in the office and replace when driver came back to building. of course drivers records would show it not sheeted and now your dishonest and fired. he testified in court thats how he was trained.GET A LAWYER!
