It's jury intimidation, and it's the judge's fault that it's an issue. These trials shouldn't have cameras and the jury should be sequestered. The venue should probably have been moved too.

I understand you radical leftists don't actually care about justice though.
With tensions running high as in the Rittenhouse and Arbery trials cameras outside of those designed to record proceedings and used only for appeals and law school classes should be the only ones permitted on courthouse grounds. In addition, more security for the jury the litigants and the judge

It's quite interesting however that you didn't bring this matter up in regard to the Rittenhouse trial.

I noticed after the verdict, it was like a prayer meeting and Sharpton calling on God for unity and thankful to Him the right decision was made.
If they would have all been at the Rittenhouse verdict and thanked God for the right decision and prayed for unity, I wouldn’t have so much trouble believing the clowns.

I was happy to see the Rittenhouse trial delayed for as long as it was. He was tried and convicted by the Democrats in the media. The court trial was more about convicting them and showcasing the prosecutorial misconduct.

Its sad,but as guilty as the three were in the Arbery case had these individuals had 2 Million dollars to spend on a defense counsel as did Rittenhouse there is a very good chance they would have walked same as Rittenhouse

Yes it's expensive to fight the lying Democrat media machine that hates the American people.

Two million didn't do it.

The 14th Amendment isn't even a thing?
"The Right to Liberty" isn't a thing.

The 14th amendment is a disaster of jursiprudence. It basically is now taken to say the feds can do anything and everything they want, and all lefty rights are enshrined by people who passed the thing, who had no idea what future commies would do to the amendment.

Rittenhouse’s $2 million legal defense funds enabled his lawyers, before his trial, to stage separate “practice” jury trials — one in which 18-year-old Rittenhouse took the stand and one in which he did not. The more favorable reaction from the pretend jurors when Rittenhouse testified informed the decision to let the teenager tell his story to the real jurors. His apparently well-rehearsed testimony was probably the most important factor in the jury ultimately letting Rittenhouse walk.

Isn't it great?

Some people get proper legal representation. We should pursue that for everyone.
