A while back I posted on a grievance that we filed here on sups delivering to the tracks on the nascar circuit.
Due to some of the others in the nation, and the actions that were filed, UPS decided that indeed they were delivering with management, and agreed that they would take hourly with them to make the deliveries.
Check with your local union if you have any questions. And if they are not up to speed on the issue, email me privately.
