I used to take my annual UPS turkey to a butcher and trade it for a smoked turkey for a couple of $ difference. They were delicious.

The stuffing is my favorite.......1/2white bread, 1/2 wheat bread, celery and sage etc. Never corn bread!!!! Don't like cornbread.
