Well here in my center they are really pushing the friends and family aspect but unless you have someone from your immediate household then I'd say no.
I've opted out myself by stating that I am not comfortable working in close contact for hours on end with random strangers. You have no idea what they do outside of work, who they interact with and how invested they are in their health and that of others.
Besides we've all already been doing more than average peak volume since this spring so it shouldn't be a work load issue.
No way I'd have my wife as a helper. 2 or 3 weeks in and she's get sick of running while I sit in the truck. Harder to tell my wife to her mouth and get back to work than some kid I won't see again in a month.
