Is holiday pay on a separate check?

Depends, if you have been at UPS less than a year you do not get holiday pay
My rider states all seniority employees shall be paid regardless of when they occur.
Did you work the day before(Weds) and the day after(Mon)? I assume you are missing Thanksgiving and the Friday after?
Well then get a shop steward state your issue and have him be present when you talk to management, we are much more inclined to be helpful when there is someone who can hold us accountable.

You do not get holiday pay until you have been here for a year.
You missed what he said about his local rider.
Ours says the same thing yet new employees don't get holiday pay for a year.
Myself and another employee in my area got screwed out of our holiday pay this year. Worked the day before and the day after - someone on payroll ed up. I'm getting a green check Monday or it's penalty pay time.
