Nice guy or because it is a federal crime to tamper with the U.S. Mail?I had an old gal who once a week would put 4 or 5 letters (post office kind of letters) in one of my letterboxes. I tried telling her a couple of times that we had nothing to do with the PO but apparently she couldn't comprehend that. I mailed them for her at the PO anyway------------because I'm such a nice guy.

Me too. Just bring them back to the building along with the FedEx and FedEX Ground and whatever else I find.
Was easier to drop them in a mailbox for the old gal.Me too. Just bring them back to the building along with the FedEx and FedEX Ground and whatever else I find.
Sorry, that didn't humor me but don't take it wrong, I'm just not easily amused. There was one time I picked up a letter box that actually made me laugh though. Someone had dropped a deuce in the drawer.View attachment 268025 Just another day at the drop box.
A. Wrong. B. You didn't throw the packages in the woods. It is a letter box. Not a package box.
Both of my statements are correct.A. Wrong. B. You didn't throw the packages in the woods.
You took the time to pick them up and dump them in the woods rather then scan them as picked up and leave in the truck? Nice customer service. Both of my statements are correct.
It is called a Letterbox not a package drop off box.
I threw hundreds of toner cartridge boxes in the woods
They are called drop boxes and we advertise the fact you can leave a package up to16x13x3.It is a letter box. Not a package box.

My building holds fedex/USPS packages and let's the regular competitor drivers pick them up.I left one for a week. It was a FEG box. Saw it Monday, on Friday the owner of the package was waiting for me. He ripped into me for several minutes and finished with, "When in the hell were you going to pick this up??"
Me, "Never." Points to emblem on box, then emblem on shirt. "UPS does not pick up FEG packages."
GeniusI’ve never taken anything outside the box.

The person must have literally put their ass on the drawer and sat to poop because you could see the S* stain and the slide mark it left on it's way down to the holding compartment. How much time did this person have to drop trow and S* right there in the middle of the main st. Why did no one catch him or her and what the hell could make someone S* in a dropbox and not the nice flower boxes around all the trees?

I would have told her to go to our customer counter in the nearest wal-mart.It’s amazing how ignorant people are about shipping. I had a lady he other day chase me down in a parking lot. She tried to give me a package with the address just hand written on the box. She gets mad when I tell her that I can’t accept it. Then she tells me that the she was told to ship it via FedEx. I point to the UPS logo on the side of the package car. Then she says she thought we were all the same company and it didn’t matter who shipped it back.

You have a point.Sounds stupid. USPS sometimes holds anything a driver puts in a mailbox till UPS pays for it... granted we’re not to deliver to mailboxes.
