Hourly rate plus your IQ divided by amount of hrs worked PER WEEK. if you call off a lot you will get less. Mmmk?

You take the square root of your hours worked multiplied by pi then pick a number from 1-20 and take half of that plus 100 and add it to it. See it’s easy.
