How many calories burned on the job?

Same weight now as I was in high school and that was 23 years ago. 175 no lower no higher. Freak metabolism. Well maybe 6 pounds lower when I get home at night but after I eat and rehydrate its usually back to normal when I get up in the morning. 13 years doing this job. Mean lean calorie burning machine lol.
