How many peaks have you worked?

I did my 30 peaks and retired. Now, I sit in my recliner and watch it snow and worry about peak each year. Hoping my dinner is delivered on time. Very nerve wracking.

Many just don't want to mess the coworkers over that has worked next to him for years. It's about their dignity and pride.
How is it screwing anyone over if I retire in say October? Or even November?

It’s managements fault if they don’t prepare for it.

25th behind the wheel (plus 4 as a part-timer). They’re not too bad these days as long as I get a decent helper. They don’t have to be fast...just have to show up and not be annoying. I’m still in my 40’s, so I’m not going anywhere anytime soon.
It seems having them show is the hard part, especially when they figure out this will not lead to a job in Jan
My helper this year was slow as fudge but did not talk which was the only reason he stayed
Of course he effed me on the Twenty Third and Fourth

4th one. this one was probably the worst ive seen outside of one week where it slowed a little. we got hammered the first 2 weeks, doing piece counts that have never been done before in the center
