How to handle this situation

Supervisors can go in and change time cards with just a few key strokes. It seems there is very little oversight anymore.
Sure they can, and when they do they can get walked out the door. Anytime they sign in everything they do is recorded, just had it happen a couple weeks ago, loss prevention did a pretty big investigation lots of people sweating.

Not really possible, unless it is an isolated place, where only one person is in charge of time cards. UPS policy, is to have backup employees for all parts of operations, in case someone gets ill; can't make it to work; quits; or has to be fired. Multiple management has access to timecards.

You have two options here:

1) Call them out LOUDLY during the PCM. It is your duty as a human being and a UPSer to call out wrong doing.
- or-
2) Do your job and keep your mouth shut.

If it is true, they will be found out and it will be ugly. If you turn them in, you will get a lot of ugly on yourself and, it leaves a stain.
Huh....?

These are the only outcomes and options?

First, if you have hard irrefutable proof.....the outcome is fairly predictable. If you are going "public"......you better have all your ducks in a tight row. BTW, this is a really stupid idea.

Second, that Hotline tip sounds really good......

Keeping your mouth shut is immoral.

Let the chips fall where they may.

But really, the first item is to find someone to trust without question in mgt.
