How to handle this situation

There’s an employee that get’s paid even when he’s not at work sometimes and it’s been going on for years . Him and the supervisor are in on it , how do I handle this situation ?

Probably using sick/personal/vacation time.
That or the supe is paying him out of his own pocket which is 100% unlikely.

You have two options here:

1) Call them out LOUDLY during the PCM. It is your duty as a human being and a UPSer to call out wrong doing.
- or-
2) Do your job and keep your mouth shut.

If it is true, they will be found out and it will be ugly. If you turn them in, you will get a lot of ugly on yourself and, it leaves a stain.
