A good friend of mine (retired UPS driver) who has lived in Mn. all his life just moved to Alabama and is boasting about how nice the winter is. I can hardly wait for whats to come.

A good rule is to always live in an area one full year before buying a permanent home.

Not much of a view today from the top of a mountain. Normally, you can see hills, pastures and even high rise buildings WAY off in the distance.
