It's likely a case worker nurse working for Liberty Mutual. I had one who would accompany me to all my Dr. appointments during a work related injury. She was actually very helpful in expediting some procedures.

They do not do nursing things, they keep the medical records, and the DOT reminders, and any medical related documents.

The supervisor who submitted the injury report. The inidividuals name won't be on the paperwork. Lots of information will be left blank and how you got injuried won't be accurate

When I was coming off disability. They wanted me to visit this nurse. I said were do I go.(because they didn't believe I was ready.) They ended up cancelling when I was so willing
