I need help with attendance

I call off all the time.
I think I average around 4-5 call offs every month.
They never say anything to me about it.
This job is hard and really sucks, all the PT sups I've had have been pretty understanding about call offs.
Some days you just don't feel like it and you need a break.
Yes, yes of course you do. Aren’t you the same kid who’s been here a year, just got your insurance cards and doesn’t know how to use them? Keep reaching for the stars, millennials!

Don’t understand how people want to be understood when they come to work whenever they feel like it in a service industry.

And then are the same ones who flip out when their package doesn’t arrive on time.

You people know there’s a connection between the two, right?

Yes. You’re disappearing on days you’ve personally committed to come to work. So when you’re owed money for the days you actually show up, I bet your attitude is different if you don’t get that money. I’ll bet you think you should get paid on time.
