Sorry to break it to ya...
A few days late:
The mysterious sock source
Credit @tramtwo for posting it there first!
Socks aren’t required because shorts are optional. The contract says ups has to pay for uniforms if it is a required item. They do require these socks only, right? So shouldn't UPS be paying for the socks too?
View attachment 282385 I was able to order them today. $25.42 for a six pack, including shipping, which is a lot less than Twin Hill was charging. Here is the link.
S-M-L-XL is what I saw.whats the sizing on the socks?
Wonder how those sizes translated into shoe size. Couldn’t find anything on their size chart or maybe I overlooked it.S-M-L-XL is what I saw.
Cheapest socks out thereStill $25.42 more than I'd pay for them.
If they want me to wear something with their logo on it, they can provide it.Cheapest socks out there
Haha, my Mom hemmed up long pants for me!When shorts first were allowed , I'm guessing around 93 or 94, you actually had to pay close to 100 $ for them and also buy the socks , guys caught cutting up and hemming the long pants were subject to termination, altering UPS garments
You'd be hard pressed to find any guys in my center now who have not cut their pants up to make shorts. Times have sure changed. When shorts first were allowed , I'm guessing around 93 or 94, you actually had to pay close to 100 $ for them and also buy the socks , guys caught cutting up and hemming the long pants were subject to termination, altering UPS garments
I’m glad hoffas out , beards and hoodies for all! When shorts first were allowed , I'm guessing around 93 or 94, you actually had to pay close to 100 $ for them and also buy the socks , guys caught cutting up and hemming the long pants were subject to termination, altering UPS garments
