Incorrect pay/ have not been receiving pay

Bubblehead

My Senior Picture
If the OP considers themself "seasonal" and has only received 4 paychecks, and has paid no dues; I see no way how they could be a seniority employee, therefore has limited rights under our collective bargaining agreement.

The OP should have some recourse from the government though, on a pay shortage issue.

I wasn't told anything about becoming a "seniority employee", maybe because of the high turnover rate for driver helpers?

Im trying to get a hold of HR and its been a real challenge, do you think the "national master UPS agreement" is applicable to me?

Hello, me again.

I contacted someone from teamster and inquired about entitled pay due to an issue of a mispay as per the national master UPS agreement.
They informed me that I was reading the American agreement.

Do we have a Canadian agreement?
I cant find it.
