Between the bad weather and the surepost fallout, our building is drowning in packages. The in-town routes are just barely keeping their heads above water but the country routes are completely and totally :censored2:ed. A driver I know had 230 stops and 200 miles yesterday with an RTB of 1:15am this morning.

I expect that to be my route next week. Very little volume coming out of DFW right now.

Company asked for an extension for the seasonal period. The IBT declined.

UPS needs to hire permanent. Not extended seasonal period

9.5 season starts soon. Could be lucrative for many.

They will hire just enough drivers to make sure they can give drivers dives and distribute volume in a way that very few will get paid. Same :censored2: they do now.
