Israel

well ukraine is a little different because they tried to join nato but it was illegal under international law for russia to invade. i agree if they had nukes they would not have been invaded.

i was quoting chomsky on the first one. he said it would be nice if usa followed international law.
You need to remember the people you’re quoting are in academia. They like to pretend the world is a perfect place and treaties and agreements do not get violated. That world doesn’t exist in reality.

Yep, I agree with that. And I also agree there’s no way Israel should give up their nuclear weapon. No one with any common sense is going to give up being able to protect themselves or having the upper hand.

Well, no one except the idiots in charge of Ukraine.
i think russia and america cut back on nukes at one time. it happens. they still had nukes. nukes are too dangerous.

i think they understand how the world works including what you said and theyre quite critical of the double standards.

actions speak louder than words

i asked ai which modern humans are comparable to jesus and greta was one of them.

"ChatGPT has been found to encourage dangerous and untrue beliefs about The Matrix, fake AI persons, and other conspiracies, which have led to substance abuse and suicide in some cases. A report from The New York Times found that the GPT -4 large language model, itself a highly trained autofill text prediction machine, tends to enable conspiratorial and self-aggrandizing user prompts as truth, escalating situations into "possible psychosis."

ChatGPT's default GPT-4o model has been proven to enable risky behaviors. In one case, a man who initially asked ChatGPT for its thoughts on a Matrix-style "simulation theory" was led down a months-long rabbit hole, during which he was told, among other things, that he was a Neo-like "Chosen One" destined to break the system. The man was also prompted to cut off ties with friends and family, to ingest high doses of ketamine, and told if he jumped off a 19-story building, he would fly."
im aware theyre still working on it, however that doesnt negate what ai has said comparing modern figures to jesus as ive heard the same comparisons by chris hedges and cornel west. they didnt mention greta but theyve mentioned mlk jr and i forget who else.

Has a chatbot compared you to Neo?

the matrix is not meant to be taken literally just like the bible.

you dont think ai is an improvement on getting info?
Unfortunately, I believe AI is a way to get information that is slanted by whoever programmed the AI.

Soon everyone will ask a little Box what to think and they will believe what they’re told.

“Information, knowledge, is power. If you can control information, you can control people.”

i think some people around the world are above the law, but some people cant freely travel because they would get arrested for war crimes.
Funny enough, I can’t even travel around my own country “freely” without the proper identification. Because apparently I’m a criminal until I can prove I’m not.

i have hte same problem when i try and visit america. no criminal record. ill try again in the future after i think the border patrol is improving.

Exactly. That’s why it’s important to never trust AI alone.. it’s simply a resource to fact checked against. There will never be a real replacement for the human brain. Even if some people choose no longer to use it.
is there even such a thing as having no bias? we always hear about objectivity with journalism, but im pretty sure i recall hearing its a con.

I understand international borders, and the necessity to prove who you are, but our constitution says we are supposed to be able to move freely in our own country and we no longer are. In the United States airport you are assumed to be a criminal until you can prove you’re not through check points and screenings and showing the proper paperwork..

Interestingly, enough, those who enter our country illegally seem to have more sympathy than the Americans that actually live here and are forced to prove their innocence every day.
