We’ve got about 15% of drivers that didn’t get on the list.

One of them is a runner who says he needs the OT. He was getting a warning letter for skipping break a few days ago. lol

I hate runners so bad , they always flip out in the morning about how heavy they are. I’ll see them heading home in there personal vehicles at 4:30 and I still have 40 left..lol

You don’t have paid breaks? Who the friend is running your local?

Only Pt has a 10-15min pod break. Full time does not. So half the center never even really take a lunch because people rather get off earlier.

Did u look into that class action lawsuit on the interest for our backpay yet?

They held a vote for it.

Problem is it was at one local hall and at least 50% of the entire countries membership didn't vote so they ratified the decision to not file a lawsuit.
