Deep pockets, basically. Even if they had a good case the folks running those websites simply couldn't afford to lawyer up and go to court against Fedex.

I would think it would be covered under the 1st Amendment---free speech and wouldn't be worth FedEx going to court over (bad publicity and all). They would lose.
