About how long do you think, since I was hired as full time driver, until I get my own route?

Took me 4 years of driving before I got my route but upstate is right it’s different everywhere. I know guys that waiting 10 years to go diving and some 10 days. Get in work your balls off and it will come

HR knows less then we do. I’m in my 35 year

Tons of retirees in my hub. Last month alone they hired 20 drivers.. Started work in June 2017 won bid in February. All my friends who started same time as me are now drivers also. Wish us luck!

Just giving some honest advice. And when he's done with that route he can have another one to run all in the same day!
