I used to always reject the pick up and tell them to change the commit time, but I got sick of management being so stupid that I just do them by whatever time they send now. Adds a lot of time and miles having to break off to do them.

Those damn places do have a stink to them. That and you always got 3 or 4 of them waiting by the front door to try and escape. Its depressing as all hell.

We were told to accept them and to send an ODS asking the OMS to change the commit time.

You learn really quickly not to ask any of the residents "how are you" as they will tell you each and every little thing wrong with them.

Im not picking them up. My elderly mother lives at my house, and has nowhere to go. This job ain’t worth it. What if we all refuse to pick them up?

It said UPS will pay for it, on top of delivery and pick up.
