He wanted healthcare so bad he didn't realize or care who he was hurting. Low paying jobs were cut to 29 hours,so they wouldn't fall under the healthcare rule.
Fix the economy first and bring jobs back and some healthcare will follow.

Full time jobs are gone and they aren't coming back.
The recession was the excuse corporate america had been waiting for for years.
Companies that employ unskilled workers aren't going to offer healthcare out of the kindness of their hearts, that's a pipe dream. Everyone is replaceable to them, they don't have to offer benefits to compete for workers.
