Its peak season here. Can't believe the volume is down elsewhere.

just the normal volume here,1 or 2 guys a day go home but not everyday.

Our volume is real irradic. We ran 24 routes yesterday, and dropped it to 21 today. Overall stops and packages have been off for a few weeks.

In our area we had five layoffs (second week running) at one center and 12 at another bigger center. (Also second week running) And they are not letting the layed off drivers work for the ones that want to go home. Go figure.

Bah I wish I could go out helping.

We hired 2 new people because we were understaffed when people went on vacation, but now the vacation people are back so they are laid off after only 2 days of work. Good luck keeping them around.
