Escalator for the side door and an actuated drop center ramp for rear door.

    Realistically?

Ignition turns off when placed in park, bulkhead opens and 4 ways turn on automatically.

That’s 2 less button presses for power off and opening bulkhead. Pulling on a new 4way switch sucks for months till it breaks in, even then it’s still a repetitive motion.

If you had that, some hemorrhoid in a cubicle would be calculating how many more stops per day you could handle with the time saved.

I don’t like the ignition off in park. I put it in park at stoplights

In real life it would safe a second maybe 2. In ups world it just added 15 stops to your 8 hour day

    Let's put it this way.

The truck doesn't slow me down.
Technology, customers, weather, load quality, ect slow me down.

You just want to make a autonomous vehicle so you can pay me less to do the same job but not sit behind the wheel. That's all you tech is for.

No. You can't even be relied upon to throw magazine on target. No way you could handle this job Ms. Lipwrist. ;)

If you could, design a package delivery vehicle that seals well even on dusty gravel roads, that would be great.

I don’t think we’re talking high tech or anything, just a commitment to do so.
