50/month is a tad low but close to what I pay. I pay about $800 per year for insurance but pay all at once. My property taxes are about $2000/year.

$135 is high but normal range. I pay 156/month. I expect it to get worse with Comcast buying Time Warner and becoming Spectrum. So far rates haven't gone down and lost a few minor channels. I got a letter about they will tell the new agreement details next month and expect to get screwed even worse.

They can do that when they have a monopoly.

Charter became Spectrum. They suck.

The complex I am moving to offers 78 channels (Time Warner) and high speed Internet (Roadrunner) as part of the rent. They also pay for a membership at the Y.

I pay a tad less than $3,000 a year in property taxes. Five acres with 365 feet of Mississippi River frontage. House is valued at $350,000.

It's an all inclusive 55+ community. 1500 sf 2 bedroom townhouse with a garage, private deck, cable/Internet, trash, water and sewer included.

No the best part was they laid off a lot of supervisors and a lot of managers were offered a buyout that had over 20years I don't think there were any layoffs they did have a hiring freeze for a while
