I read through the chart several times and through the page where it was posted twice.
Something bothered me the entire time I was reading it and then it clicked!
They were talking about AMERICAN VALUES AND CULTURE!
When a person immigrates to the United States of America they are expected to 'assimilate' into the American Values and Culture.

Put the honorary degree on a prominent Republican and you'd see very quickly who cares.
