That’s the real killer. At least you know peak season starts November 25th and ends January 1st. This is showing no signs of slowing. Once the companies who made everyone work from home realize how much money they’ll save on ditching office space all those bulk stops we used to deliver will get broken up and sent to everyone’s homes. Plus all the small business that’s going away. We’re screwed.
That's why we have the post office

Bans = Control…. Moving on
Keep filing, it’s not THE solution but it helps, they haven’t been worried about me making 9.5 for months...3 grievances later and a 22.4 appeared out of thin air last night to take my last 40 stops and get me back in
Thank you. At least someone is getting their attention. There is no better way than what you just suggested.

no one considers UPS people."real" Teamsters.-BUG
This company has no idea how to operate in a business world where they are expanding at a good pace.

This has been a decade or more in the making and yet they only continue to do the bare minimum that they think will work to get by.

when the ups machine gets a little rust hole in it they slap some quick bondo over it and call it good. What it needs is new panels properly welded in place.
. Dude, they have been at it making a profit for over 100 years.

Judge me.
I was asked on Friday. My answer is always no. The feeder guys in my building will all work a week or 2 or 3 and many of the package guys will too. Union is on board with it. They are calling it 'covid 19 banking.'
Our local is not allowing any of that ish

The plan in our building is to ask people to work their vacations.

They asked us a few weeks ago if anyone was interested in that. Said they are doing something special for us, allowing us to sell back our vacations weeks to work them. I just laughed and said no thanks, don't know of anyone who took them up on the offer. Sure some did though.
