Looking for phone number

Hi all...sorry to start a new topic so soon after joining, but I can't seem to find a phone number for a potential employer to call for UPS (you know, to check and see if I actually worked there in a past life). I guess I need some kind of 800 number for HR? Would just calling the 800-work-ups number do?

I find the 1 800 BR 549 hotline to be the most useful HR number UPS has. And your welcome, in advance.
