My wife sells ALOT of stuff on Ebay....she said we used to be pretty competitive with Fredex......not anymore. She said ups is much higher now. I asked one of our upper management about that and he said "we really dont chase that type of business" Huh?
They want big accounts cause it’s guaranteed volume and revenue. Here and their shippers are not important. Make 100 million from locked in customers and only 25 million from those here and their. They will focus resources on the big accounts.

I've turned in a couple sales lead last half of last year, didn't get contacted for at least a month, and all said nope; probably because of our timeliness to contact them. They were all very interested. I guess sales doesn't want to sell either.

Same here. Had a customer shipping 300 pkgs a day through post office. I turned in a sales lead, no one contacted them. ‍️

Even if they had contacted them, in my experience, they won't close the sale.

We can't compete with the low prices the post office offers.
