If you work at a M-F hub does management force air drivers to work on Saturday delivering air or let full timers get a 6th punch?

It's different everywhere. Here no full timers deliver air only on Saturdays because we a guaranteed 8 hours. Now that we have Saturday delivery it really doesn't matter anymore.

Saturday air is air driver work. If there’s not enough air drivers, the work is offered to full time volunteers from the top down.

We have many people signed up to become Saturday air drivers yet management does nothing to get them qualified for this.
They just essentially force low seniority drivers to come in Saturday to run the air.
It's all overtime pay but still, its Saturday.
What can be done? Does everyone just need to call in on Saturday's to force them to get people who want to drive on Saturday to school?

Air drivers work every Saturday here and they force regulars from the bottom up
We've got 1 air driver & another 7 or 8 ground forced on Saturday.
They have a list of 7ish people signed up for Saturday air driving. Been around 6 months of the list being up with 0 effort to get them driving
