Made it through my first week of Peak Season

It's my first week driving been part time ten years. I was trained on route for two days then on my own. First day I finished about 8. Friday at about 6. It's a hard job learning new area. I have an all new respect for drivers. I haven't take a lunch because want less time delivering in the dark as possible. All in all it is challenging especially with little training but I've always been a competitive hard worker. Hope I make it three more weeks..

Anybody else at a location where seasonal drivers are dropping left and right? Dunno what it is, but it feels like the first year a seasonal should actually get a medal for making it this far.

My center is running 14 golf cart routes and those people are dropping like flies. I'm not sure what These people are thinking they're getting into when they sign up to do this stuff.

You're in a golf cart/ atv in December. You're gonna get rained and snowed on. And yes. It's cold out: it's December FFS.
