It should not be broadcast on here.
The man is gone. Let him and his family rest in peace
I have no problem with it not being broadcast on public forum.

The site offers PM features. Any discussion that might be too sensitive can be done in private.

If anyone wants to discuss this privately, feel free to hit me up.

I don't want to discuss it. I'm just very sad that one of our brothers lost his life.
I am very sad as well, but I know if I were, or someone in my immediate family were to die on the job, I would want anything discussed that needs to be discussed that might protect the workers still doing the same work.

It is a horrible tragedy when a worker loses his life trying to make a living and provide for his family!

Ooof that's a terrible way to go. Didn't know our belt system was that strong.
Agreed.

The maintenance job is obviously very risky for horrific accidents.

Some maintenance guys I have spoken with say the Plant Engineering management need a lot of improvement regarding safety integrity.

I emailed the initial reporters who covered this accident for some follow up information.

I have tried to reach them several times.

They have not got back to me.
